About me

Mgr. Lukáš Gerle, LL.M., currently offers comprehensive legal services in his own law firm in Prague.

During his studies and after graduating from the Faculty of Law of Charles University in Prague, he practiced in various international and domestic law firms.

He completed his postgraduate studies at the Ludwig Maximillians Universität München in Germany and earned an additional degree in German law (LL.M.). During his studies in Munich, he also worked as an intern at a local law firm, where he gained valuable experience in German law.

Mgr. Lukáš Gerle, LL.M., has extensive experience in various areas of commercial, financial, insolvency, real estate, healthcare, civil, labour and family law. He is also active in litigation, mediation, and defence in criminal proceedings.

In addition to his experience as a barrister and corporate in-house legal department, he has several years of experience in corporate management, where he has worked in several positions, mainly in the commercial and human resources fields.

After passing the bar exam and becoming an attorney-at-law, he founded his own law firm based in Prague. Legal services are provided in Czech, English and German.

In his practice Mgr. Gerle cooperates with notaries, tax advisors and forensic experts, with whom he can consult on various specialized matters. 

Beyond his practice as an attorney, he also engages in lecturing, negotiation, and activities related to alternative dispute resolution (ADR).
